The BlogTalkRadio show is 45 minute interview, which enables me to talk about the issues at hand. We are at a crossroads on Miami Beach. It is a difficult economic time we are living in, but I have positive expectations for the future of our dynamic city. Miami Beach is vibrant. It's exciting. It's a great place to be. Right here. Right now.

- City-wide Financial Management
- Outdated Condominium Laws
- Inefficient Traffic Control, Inadequate Parking and Insufficient Public Transportation
- Pressing Environmental Issues, both on the land and in the water
- A Need to promote tourism in general and develop new eco-tourism activities to attract visitors looking for a different type of experience
- A Need to increase and expand Arts & Cultural Events
On November 18th, you chose to go into the future with confidence rather than to passively maintain the status quo. You believe, as I do, our best days are yet to come and and stepped forward to vote for me, believing I have the vision, commitment and your best interests in mind. Thank you for your vote of confidence. I am now at work to achieve our goals.
I am keeping my promise to use my experience to work with residents and local business leaders, other Commissioners and the Mayor. As I promised I would, I began on day one.
I am working for the best interests of Miami Beach, not narrow special-interests. In the position of leadership as Miami Beach Commissioner, I am using my experience, energy and determination to successfully make an impact on the issues listed above.
